Health and Wellness

Mental health is a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn well, work well, and contribute to their community.
Students, you need to know that your well-being is extremely important to us and it should be to you too! If you see yourself struggling with understanding your emotions or have conflicting thoughts please do not hesitate to reach out to a peer, parent, teacher, counselors, and/or your school administrators. If you are still hesitant to reach out, here are some resources that could help in case of a crisis.
