Please submit all non-emergency requests through MyTechDesk. Your user name is your gvusd.org email address (example: charper@gvusd.org) and your password can be reset on the MyTechDesk home page.
If you have an EMERGENCY (such as no power, can’t connect to the network or Internet, phone is down, etc.), immediately contact your site secretary or administrator. He or she will evaluate whether it is an individual or site issue that needs to be resolved and then directly contact the appropriate ITS personnel on your behalf.
