If you have been locked out of your account, please wait until after your account automatically unlocks to try again (usually after 5 minutes). You will also need to wait until your account automatically unlocks to be able to click on "Forgot Password?" to reset your password.
The password criteria is as follows:
- 15 character minimum
- 1 lower case character
- 1 upper case character
- 1 numeric character
- 1 special character
A confirmation code will be sent to your GVUSD email for all successful registrations/password resets. Please check your SPAM inbox if you experience an issue receiving the code in your regular mail inbox.
